Dear Meryke & Family
When you said you'd like to do a river shoot at the Kaaiman's River in Wilderness... how do I put this professionally... eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
You guys were so wonderful to shoot with. The girls were amazing, and so excited to look for crabs in the water; it was so cute to watch (Chloe and Hayley, you guys caught some whoppers!)

Thank you, girls, for being the super stars that you were, and especially to Hailey who got a big ouch towards the end and still soldiered through - you rock, girl!
To Meryke and Brandon; what is there to say? You guys are awesome parents and your baby boy is already so loved. The laughter and smiles you two had on this shoot melted my heart, and it was genuinely a pleasure and privilege to capture the moment for you. PS: Brandon, hope your foot is feeling better after that nasty cut? Photoshoots aren't for the faint of heart and you were fantastic.
Lastly, Meryke, you were... just out of this world. From those first few shots I knew we were going to have something special. You laughed so easily, and took everything in stride, including a long windy walk down to the beach. Speaking as a mum, growing a human is not easy, and you made it look like a walk in the park. I loved your enthusiasm for my crazy ideas, and I think it was well worth it in the end.
