Trash The dress SHOOTS



A perfect way to end a chapter. Trash the dress shoots are normally booked by couples celebrating their one year anniversary, as a way to give their outfits a proper send-off. They're also popular among women who have chosen to forge a new path, as a way of saying farewell and giving themselves back power. Whatever your reason, it's a good one.

Please note travel within Brackenfell, Durbanville, Bellville and Tygervallery is included in all packages. If your shoot takes place outside these areas, travel fees may apply. Please note that due to the instability of the fuel price due to the conflict in the Middle East, travel fees will be confirmed one week prior to shoots.

FAQ

 

WIll my dress survive?

Your dress will likely sustain permanent damage, but that's the idea. If you wore an antique heirloom gown, this isn't a great idea. But if you're not particularly precious about your gown, and want to have one last amazing shoot in it, this is for you.

Will our photos be posted online?

Only if you want them to. There's a clause in my contract that allows you to opt out of any social media posting for privacy.

Is it safe?

The shoots are designed to be as safe as possible. A risk assessment will be done beforehand to ensure everything is as safe as possible. In the event of shoots where the dress is burned, a safety consultant will be on site. In the case of underwater (full submerssion) shoots, a qulified diver will be contracted to assist.

When can we expect our photos?

After you've received your sneak peeks, your full gallery will be ready within 4-6 weeks.
